Walkthrough Energy Audits
This is a walkthrough audit of your installation by one of our experienced energy engineers that does not include measurements or data logging. The supply side is analysed for types of compressors, and the types, suitability and settings of capacity controls. Maintenance procedures, training and equipment operating data are also analysed. The distribution system is analysed for any apparent problems of size, pressure drops, storage, leaks, and drains. While the Demand side is analysed for evidence of artificial demand and inappropriate uses. A Written report of findings and proposed solutions is submitted.
Compressed Air Leak Audits
Compressed air leaks are demands for air that create no value. They consume flow needed for other productive uses. Leaks are by far the biggest problem in most compressed air systems. Leaks release expensive compressed air directly into the atmosphere without producing any useful work. Leaks account for 10-30% of compressed air output.
We provide leak detection services using a high-quality Ultrasonic leak detector. We offer different levels of leak audit depending on the size of your plant. From basic finding and tagging leaks; to full leak loss reporting though our web application that allows you to monitor all activities of finding and repairing leaks.
